The Modupe Smith Foundation (TMS Foundation) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving lives through public health education, women empowerment, community outreach, and sustainable development initiatives.

Founded by Motunrayo O. Raji, MPH, RN, the Foundation operates in Canada and Nigeria and is expanding its community outreach and public health initiatives into the United States. We believe that when individuals are empowered with knowledge, opportunities, and support, families become stronger and communities thrive.

Our programs focus on preventive health education, cancer awareness, women’s empowerment, menstrual health education, youth development, and support for underserved populations. Through collaboration, compassion, and action, we are committed to creating lasting positive impact and healthier communities.
