The Modupe Smith Foundation (TMS Foundation) is a multinational nonprofit organization committed to improving the health, wellbeing and economic opportunities of women, girls and underserved communities.

Through health education, community outreach and empowerment initiatives, we work to equip individuals with the knowledge, resources and support they need to build healthier and more sustainable futures.

Our work spans Canada, the United States and Nigeria, with programs shaped by the unique needs of the communities we serve.

From women’s health and cancer awareness initiatives in North America to widow empowerment and youth health education programs in Nigeria, our goal remains the same:

Advisory Board Leadership Announcement

THE MODUPE SMITH FOUNDATION is pleased to officially announce its Advisory Board Leadership Team as part of the organization’s continued commitment to public health, women empowerment, community outreach, and social impact initiatives across Nigeria, Canada, and the United States.

We are honored to introduce:

• Mrs Ashabi Mustapha – Secretary

The Advisory Board recently held its first leadership meeting and orientation session in Thorold, Ontario, where discussions focused on organizational growth, public health initiatives, and upcoming community programs.

The Foundation also officially commenced planning activities toward its upcoming Cancer Awareness Program scheduled for September 26th, 2026.

We appreciate the support and commitment of our Advisory Board members as we continue to promote healthier and stronger communities.

Canada & USA Cross-Border Public Health Initiative

THE MODUPE SMITH FOUNDATION continues to strengthen its cross-border public health and community outreach initiatives across Canada and the United States.

The Foundation is committed to promoting women’s health, cancer awareness, preventive health education, and community empowerment within Ontario, Canada and Buffalo & Erie County, New York.

As part of this growing initiative, the organization has officially established its Advisory Board Leadership Team and commenced planning activities toward its upcoming Cancer Awareness Program scheduled for September 26th, 2026.
